Masqua Wading During the Salmon Run- Extra Large Medallion and Earrings Set

$1,100.00

Throughout our history, we acknowledge the connections between the bear and the salmon, the salmon and the waters, and the stages of life throughout. When salmon migrate, bears and other animals hurry to the rivers. The animals who prey on the fish get their sustenance, and later when they pass away their flesh becomes one with the soil and the waters, giving back to the fish. This very large, carefully crafted medallion and earring set showcases these relationships with a flowing design- made of Miyuki Delica beads, shiny silk beads, AB rhinestone banding, genuine crystal bicones, backed with brain tanned willow buckskin, and signed by the artist- honoring the balance. Every detail illuminates in this work of wearable art.
