At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the handmade items on our website. Our handmade items are made by us, and we inspect them fully before they are shipped to you. All of our handmade items are one of a kind, and made with painstaking attention to detail. They are shipped exactly as they appear in the pictures on our website. This includes all of our handmade beaded, porcupine quilled, shelled, sewn, and woven wearable or functional artwork.

All printed items which we offer on our website, may be returnable depending on the circumstances. This includes canvas prints, tee shirts, sweat shirts, tank tops, and mugs. We only accept returns on items if any of the following is true

1.) you receive a size other than what you ordered

2.) you receive an item which does not match what you ordered

3.) you receive an item that is a completely different color than the item you ordered

4.) your item arrives damaged or with printed defects

5.) your order is incomplete when it is delivered

However, if you place an order and you order the wrong item, size, color, or quantity we cannot be held responsible, as you the customer accepts full responsibility for the orders you place. Also, we are not responsible if you change your mind after you place an order.

Any request to return must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Before we can issue a refund or replace your order, we have to verify that the complaint is valid. If applicable, any items being sent back for return must be in the same condition as received, not worn, not dirty. After verification we will refund or replace your order. We will notify you via email if your exchange or return will take more than 14 business days to process. We work with a third party to do this, which helps us process exchanges and returns more efficiently.
