At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the handmade items on our website. Our handmade items are made by us, and we inspect them fully before they are shipped to you. All of our handmade items are one of a kind, and made with painstaking attention to detail. They are shipped exactly as they appear in the pictures on our website. This includes all of our handmade beaded, porcupine quilled, shelled, sewn, and woven wearable or functional artwork.

All printed items which we offer on our website, are exchangeable only. We do not accept returns on these items, however we will exchange them or fulfill incomplete order arrivals if any of the following is true

1.) you receive a size other than what you ordered

2.) you receive an item which does not match what you ordered

3.) you receive an item that is a completely different color than the item you ordered

4.) your item arrives damaged or appears defective

5.) your order is incomplete when it is delivered

However, if you place an order and order the wrong size, color, or quantity we cannot be held responsible, as you the customer accepts full responsibility for the orders you place. Any request to exchange must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Before we can issue an exchange, we have to verify that the complaint is valid. All items being sent back for exchange must be in the same condition as received, not worn, not dirty. After verification we will exchange your order. We work with a third party to do this, which helps us process exchanges more efficiently.
