Shipping Policy

Items are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. International orders are shipped via USPS. We ask that all of our domestic USA customers expect to receive their items within 5-14 days from the date the items are shipped, although some customers will receive their items sooner depending on their location. International customers items may be subject to customs and other requirements which may delay shipping and therefore, we suggest contacting the shipping company with any questions regarding delivery dates. We will work with those customers who contact us and request expedited shipping. Please use the Contact Us page to reach us by email for questions, expedited shipping, or concerns. We will return your emails in the order they are received. Expedited shipping may require a higher fee than what is originally charged on the website.

If items are returned by the shipping company due to an undeliverable address, as in “returned to sender”, we follow strict protocol to ensure that the address you have provided is correct. If the address is incorrect, we are not liable for the return of the item and you will have to pay for shipping to have the item reshipped to you.

We are not liable for any undelivered or stolen items. Once the items are shipped, Indigenuity Designs is no longer responsible for the delivery of the items, the shipping company becomes responsible and liable for the safe delivery of the items. You must contact the shipping company if items are undelivered or stolen in transit. You may contact us if you do not receive your items after 14 days has passed from the date of purchase. Once we have verified that your items were shipped and received by the shipping company, we will direct you to contact the shipping company for further assistance.
